Agreement to Terms

By signing up for or using the services of Wilkerson Waste Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Wilkerson Waste Services provides residential curbside trash pickup, bulk and junk removal, and event can rental services in Cook County, Georgia. Service availability is subject to your address being within our active service area.

Service Plans & Pricing

  • Annual Prepay: $25/mo, billed as a single annual payment. Non-refundable after service begins.
  • Auto Draft: $30/mo, billed automatically each month.
  • Cash / Check / Venmo / Cash App: $35/mo, due at the start of each billing period.
  • Each additional 96-gallon can is $15/mo on any plan.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active customers.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Accounts more than 15 days past due may have service suspended until the balance is paid. We reserve the right to charge a $10 late fee on overdue accounts.

Returned checks or failed auto draft payments may result in a $25 returned payment fee.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure reliable service, customers agree to:

  • Place cans at the curb by 7:00am on their scheduled pickup day
  • Keep cans free of hazardous materials, liquids, and prohibited items
  • Ensure cans are accessible and not blocked by vehicles or obstacles
  • Notify us of address changes or service modifications in advance

Prohibited Items

The following items are not accepted in regular curbside pickup:

  • Hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, solvents, pesticides)
  • Medical or biohazardous waste
  • Tires, batteries, or motor oil
  • Construction debris in excess of normal household waste
  • Loose liquids or materials that could spill

Bulk removal services may accommodate some large items — contact us for details.

Missed Pickups

Missed cans are typically picked up the next business day first thing. If you believe your pickup was missed due to an error on our end, contact us at (229) 230-3466 to ensure prompt pickup. If your can was not at the curb by 7:00am on your scheduled day, we cannot guarantee a same-day return trip.

Cancellation

Monthly plan customers may cancel at any time by contacting us. Service will continue through the end of the current billing period. Annual prepay customers who cancel before the year is complete are not entitled to a refund for unused months.

Limitation of Liability

Wilkerson Waste Services is not liable for damage to property resulting from normal service operations, including minor scuffs or marks from can handling. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
